About the role
We are looking for a Staff Analyst to join our Sales Operations team. The role will be based in our Bangalore, India office, reporting to the Senior Manager, Sales Operations. This position will be responsible for leading the Demand Planning and Sales & Operations Planning process for US solar business, collaborating across Sales, Finance, Operations, and BU to align executive vision and market trends with demand and supply.
The ideal candidate needs to be highly analytical with a strong background and understanding in Sales processes, supply chain, and data analysis. Hands-on experience in building web-apps for problem solving by leveraging AI-assisted automation tools like Claude Cowork, Devin, Copilot, etc. Critical thinking and problem-solving skills are essentia
