We are looking for a smart, proactive and highly organised Ecommerce Project Executive to join our digital marketing team. This is a HYBRID position from our office in MULUND, Mumbai

This role is ideal for someone with 1–3 years of experience who already has some exposure to ecommerce or digital marketing, understands the fundamentals of how ecommerce websites, paid media, SEO, content, email marketing and analytics work together.

Key ResponsibilitiesProject & Account Coordination
• Coordinate day-to-day ecommerce and digital marketing projects across multiple accounts and internal teams.
• Turn client discussions, briefs and meetings into clear tasks, priorities and next steps.
• Track timelines, deliverables, dependencies and approvals and proactively follow up with relevant teams.
• Identify potential delays, missing information or gaps before they affect delivery.
• Prepare for internal and client meetings, document key decisions and follow through on action items.
• Maintain project boards, trackers, calendars, SOPs and supporting documentation.




• Gradually take ownership of smaller projects as you develop in the role.

Ecommerce & Digital Marketing
• Develop a good understanding of each client's business, products, customers and marketing priorities.
• Coordinate work across ecommerce websites, SEO, paid media, email marketing, content, creative and analytics.
• Review deliverables for accuracy, completeness and alignment with the original brief.
• Creative Direction & UGC: Guide the production of creative assets by providing explicit briefs to designers; actively manage and coordinate User Generated Content (UGC) campaigns to drive social proof and authentic engagement.

Content Strategy: Work on UGC hooks/hook variants and scripts
Collaborate with the content team to ensure that creative outputs (including UGC) align with brand guidelines and campaign objectives.
