VetMedd India | Hybrid | 20 Hours/Week
VetMedd is building the future of digital pet care by connecting pet parents, veterinarians, clinics, and pet service providers through one platform. We’re looking for a Customer Outreach Executive who is confident, energetic, and comfortable connecting with people through Instagram, WhatsApp, phone calls, and other channels.
This is a part-time hybrid role, ideal for someone who enjoys communication, sales, relationship building, and the pet-care industry.
Key Responsibilities• Reach out to prospective pet parents, veterinarians, clinics, and pet service providers.
• Connect with at least 50 prospective users per week through Instagram, calls, WhatsApp, and other channels.
• Introduce VetMedd and explain its key features and benefits.
• Assist interested users with registration and onboarding.
• Conduct short 5–10 minute product demos.
• Follow up with interested prospects and answer basic product questions.
• Maintain records of outreach, registrations, leads, and follow-ups.




• Work closely with the VetMedd team to improve customer acquisition and engagement.

What We’re Looking ForMandatory:
• Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi.
• Comfortable engaging with people through Instagram DMs, WhatsApp, and phone calls.
• Confident speaking with pet parents and pet service providers.
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently.
• Ability to consistently meet weekly outreach targets.

Preferred:
• Previous experience in telemarketing, telesales, customer support, social media outreach, or lead generation.
• Passion for pets and the pet-care industry.
• Experience with Instagram-based outreach or customer acquisition is a plus.
