Role Description The Human Resources Generalist is a full-time, on-site role based in Kakori. This role is responsible for managing end-to-end HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, employee records, and HR documentation. The Human Resources Generalist will handle employee relations, support performance management processes, and assist in creating policies that align with organizational values and legal requirements. Day-to-day activities include coordinating interviews,



maintaining attendance and leave records, supporting payroll inputs, organizing HR-related training, and ensuring compliance with labor regulations. The role also involves working closely with leadership and staff to foster a positive, inclusive workplace culture that supports the organization’s social impact mission.
Qualifications

• Strong skills in recruitment, onboarding, and employee lifecycle management.
• Experience with HR administration, including HR documentation, record-keeping, and policy implementation.
