Position Overview
• The Senior Client Servicing Executive will play a critical role in driving client satisfaction, revenue growth, and seamless event delivery. This position requires a highly skilled professional who can confidently manage premium clients, lead project discussions, handle budgets & costing, and oversee end-to-end coordination with internal teams and external partners.
• You must demonstrate strong communication, negotiation ability, creative thinking, and leadership in every client interaction.

Key Responsibilities
A. Client Relationship Management
• Act as the primary point of contact for all assigned clients.
• Build and maintain long-term, trust-driven client relationships.
• Understand the client’s event objectives and convert them into well-defined briefs.
• Conduct client meetings, presentations, and strategic discussions confidently.

B. Planning & Strategy
• Convert client briefs into strong event concepts, ideas, and themes.
• Present company portfolio, capabilities, market trends, and creative suggestions.
• Develop highly polished presentations,



mood boards, and proposal decks.
• Conduct in-depth research on recent themes, décor trends, and creative directions.

C. Costing & Budgeting
• Prepare accurate costings and quotations in coordination with the costing team.
• Ensure budgets are realistic, competitive, and aligned with client expectations.
• Maintain profitability without compromising on quality.
• Explain budgets, line items, and value additions clearly to clients.

D. Negotiation & Closure
• Handle client negotiations with confidence and clarity.
• Follow up proactively to convert proposals into confirmed business.
• Negotiate with vendors/artists to maintain cost efficiency.

E. Project Delegation & Execution Oversight
• Brief the Project Head and internal teams thoroughly on client expectations.
• Ensure the execution team works exactly as per the approved plan.
