Job title: MANAGER - BUSINESS ADMIN AND OPERATIONAL GOVERNANCE
The purpose of this role is to manage end-to-end reporting and governance for Global Payment Solutions Operations (GPSO) including Screening Utility Operations. The MI function plays a very critical role in enabling the operations to achieve the desired results through proactive data analysis and multiple stakeholder engagement for the entire function.
Governance and Committee Memberships (membership of ExCos, Risk Management Meeting):
• Participate in Monthly Business Review forum

In this role, you will:
Principal Accountabilities and Responsibilities (e.g., for Business, Customers and Stakeholders; internal control setting, etc.)
• Produce monthly submissions, MIs and operating plans, and highlight challenges which are not in line with expectation.
• Liaisons with key stakeholders globally, manage and support all business requirements.
• Contribute to the development of Best-in-Class processes, controls and metrics through generation of ideas for change as well as contributing in managing the implementation of change




• Monitor capacity model for GPSO program and identify/highlight any variance
• Build an operating plan for the MI and Governance for delivering all submission within deadline with 100% quality
• Maintain rigorous standards around requirements documentation.
• Ensure requirements are understood, aligned and delivered as per minimum standards defined under TOM and as per delivery pipeline.
• Preparation of comprehensive presentations as per business standards, briefing materials for the GPSO Leads / Senior Stakeholders in the team
• Intelligent and relevant analytics is produced contributing to the financial target of the function
• Stakeholder management across a complex environment - Business Lines, GPS, Technology, FCC and Compliance.
• Ensures Regulatory requirements addressing risk management are delivered to meet mandatory timescales.
