Job Title: Assistant Manager – Operations
• The Asst. Manager will be responsible for the timely and accurate settlement of Treasury products on behalf of several of our HSBC entities. The role supports end-to-end operations covering trade validation, confirmation, settlements, and investigations in adherence to the relevant currency funding and payment cut-offs. Provide an excellent level of service and support taking ownership of issues where applicable. Provide a single point of contact for the satellite sites and enhance the operational relationship between entities, group offices and their customers. Continually evaluate existing controls, challenging current procedures and suggesting enhancements as appropriate.
• An individual contributor and supervisor supporting critical operations that includes settlements, confirmation & post settlement within the department supporting FXMM product lines and initiatives. Supervies the daily operations ensuring that customers receive quality service through all channels of customer contact. Ensures achievement of Performance Level Agreement (PLA)



targets by the team, prevent, and mitigate operational losses. The jobholder will also continually reassess the operational risks associated with the role and inherent in the business, taking account of changing economic or market conditions, legal and regulatory requirements, operating procedures and practices, management restructurings, and the impact of current technology.
