Core responsibilities
• Distributor & IFA channel development: Build and manage relationships with banks, independent financial advisors (IFAs), and national distributors; expand the IFA network and deepen penetration in the assigned region.
• Sales targets & AUM growth: Own quarterly/annual sales budgets, focus on assets under management (AUM) growth, and meet/exceed mutual fund sales targets.
• Client/advisor engagement: Present fund strategies, market views, and portfolio solutions to IFAs, relationship managers, and institutional
