Key Responsibilities

• Identify and qualify potential leads through calls, emails, referrals, and online research.

• Reach out to prospective customers to understand their business requirements and introduce company solutions.

• Schedule meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations for the sales team.

• Maintain and update customer information, sales activities, and opportunities in the CRM system.

• Follow up with leads and nurture prospects through the sales cycle.

• Prepare and share proposals, quotations, and other sales-related documents.





• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely responses to customer requirements.

• Achieve monthly and quarterly lead generation and sales targets.

• Build and maintain strong customer relationships to support long-term business growth.

• Generate sales reports and provide regular updates to management.

• Participate in occasional customer meetings and site visits when required.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field.

• 0–2 years of experience in Inside Sales, Business Development, Lead Generation, or Tele Sales.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Robust interpersonal, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.

• Proficiency in MS Office applications and CRM tools.

• Ability to multitask, prioritise work, and meet deadlines.
