We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR & Payroll Executive to manage and support the company's day-to-day Human Resources, recruitment, payroll, employee documentation, attendance, and statutory compliance activities.

The selected candidate will be responsible for managing key HR and employee-related activities, including recruitment coordination, employee onboarding, attendance and leave management, monthly payroll processing, employee documentation, and payroll-related statutory activities such as PF, ESIC, and Skilled Tax. The role requires strong attention to detail, practical knowledge of HR and payroll processes, confidentiality,



and the ability to manage multiple responsibilities accurately and on time.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and support the end-to-end recruitment process, including posting job openings, sourcing candidates, screening applications, coordinating interviews, and following up with candidates.
• Coordinate employee onboarding and joining formalities, including collecting and verifying required employee documents.
• Prepare and maintain offer letters, appointment letters, confirmation letters, experience letters, relieving letters, and other employee-related documents.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, documentation, and HR databases.
• Manage and maintain employee attendance, leave records, and other monthly payroll inputs.
• Manage and utilize multiple job portals and recruitment platforms, including Naukri, Apna, Indeed, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms, to post job openi
