We are looking for an experienced Identity and Microsoft 365 specialist to join our global Workplace & Identity team within IT, reporting to the Senior Manager, Workplace & Identity.
In this role you contributing to the daily operation, support, and continuous improvement of our Identity and Microsoft 365 services. You will work closely with engineers across the AMER, EMEA, and APAC regions and act as a trusted technical advisor and escalation point. This role is well suited for someone with robust leadership potential who is interested in broadening their responsibilities over time while remaining hands-on with technology.
What you will do
• Collaborate with engineers across Microsoft 365, Exchange Online, Microsoft Entra ID, on-premises Active Directory,



and related workplace services, sharing expertise and driving technical excellence.
• Support knowledge sharing, technical reviews, and best-practice adoption across the team.
• Own the administration, configuration, lifecycle management, and continuous improvement of Entra ID and Microsoft 365 services, ensuring they are operated securely and reliably in line with approved standards
• Oversee service health, work on incidents, requests, changes, and problem management, acting as a technical escalation point for complex incidents and operational challenges.
• Work closely with Infrastructure Architects, Information Security and business to strengthen identity security, privileged access, authentication, authorization, and directory-service controls
• Identify opportunities to improve service reliability, security, and operational efficiency, and support the design and implementation of sustainable solutions to
