Summary

We are seeking a seasoned Senior UX Designer with 7 to 8 years of qualified experience to lead our design initiatives. This pivotal role demands a hands-on leader who can guide a team while maintaining high standards in user research, usability testing, journey mapping, information architecture, and persona development. The ideal candidate will combine deep UX expertise with advanced technical proficiency in Figma to drive design strategy and mentor team members effectively.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor the design team, providing technical guidance and oversight on design projects.

• Execute comprehensive user research, usability studies, and journey mapping to inform design decisions.

• Develop detailed information architectures and user personas to ensure user-centric solutions.

• Manage stakeholder relationships, ensuring alignment between design goals and business objectives.





• Facilitate clear and effective communication with product teams and business analysts, serving as the primary representative for the design function.

Requirements

• Possess 7 to 8 years of hands-on experience in UX design.

• Demonstrate proven leadership capabilities with a track record of managing design teams.

• Exhibit strong expertise in core UX disciplines, including research, usability, user journey mapping, information architecture, and user persona creation.

• Maintain advanced technical skills in Figma for creating high-fidelity prototypes and design systems.

• Display exceptional communication skills with the ability to collaborate seamlessly with cross-functional product and business analysis teams.
