Job title: Assistant Vice President, Wholesale Non Financial Risk
• The Banking Chief Control Office (CCO) team sit within the CIB COO and provide expert impartial guidance and support to implement and maintain an effective Business Risk - including Financial and Non-Financial Risk, which contributes to the effective execution of relationships, products, and services for WSB clients.
• Role holder will provide high quality risk management support and ensure the risk landscape is managed within risk appetite.
• Role holder will be responsible in driving change and transformation programs through a Global organization – both to own teams and structures and jointly with the Business through supporting and delivering changing workplace strategies.
• Role holder with act as a nodal point for WBR related activity across different product categories

• Provide specialist risk and control knowledge and insights.
• Identify trends to anticipate future developments in the risk and control environment
• Actively challenge poor, inefficient, or excessive controls, related tasks, and behaviors
• Drive the development and implementation
