We are looking for a responsible and technically skilled Civil Site Supervisor to oversee daily construction activities, coordinate with workers and contractors, and ensure that projects are completed according to approved drawings, quality standards, and timelines.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise daily construction activities at the project site.

Coordinate with masons, labourers, subcontractors, and material suppliers.

Ensure work is carried out according to approved drawings and specifications.

Monitor construction quality, workmanship, and site safety.

Track material consumption, maintain stock records, and minimize wastage.

Monitor daily labour attendance and work progress.

Prepare daily site progress reports and update management.

Coordinate material requirements and timely deliveries.





Identify site issues and report them to the project engineer or management.

Ensure proper execution of RCC, masonry, plastering, waterproofing, and finishing works.

Requirements

Diploma in Civil Engineering / ITI Civil or relevant civil construction experience.

Practical knowledge of residential building construction.

Ability to read and understand construction drawings.

Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.

Willingness to work at project locations in Kerala.

Freshers with relevant technical qualifications and a solid willingness to learn may also apply.
