The role would involve:

Review of NAV and Financials of the Private equity and Hybrid Funds thatinclude recording Journal Entries, preparing monthly / Quarterly / AnnualFinancials , processing payments, preparing investor notices and various clientreporting.

Cash tracking and reconciliation

Review of investor level allocations

Fund expense allocation

Review Capital Call and distribution workings along with notices andrelease to respective investors.

Develop various KPIs to be followed and ensure all necessary controlsare put in place in the process.

Creating / updating fund track record and reconciling the data usingcash flow notices

Managing the client relationships for the Funds and individually handlethe deliverable requirements on daily/weekly/monthly/Quarterly basis.

Onboard recent PE/Hybrid Funds in the accounting platforms (Investran,Geneva and eFront)





Preparation of quarterly reports to investors on the funds andportfolio companies performance (comprising NAV, DVPI, TVPI, IRRs, costs andinvestors capital accounts)

Identify and implement process improvement techniques to improve theprocess efficiency and team productivity.

Cash reconciliation for PE Funds

Setting up SOPs(Standard Operating Procedures) by laying down the processes and internal checkframeworks to achieve the overall objective

Client Management: Understanding project request, negotiate deadline and handling clientqueries

Project Management: Project structuring, planning, conceptualizing output
