Job Summary

We are looking for a well-groomed, courteous, and customer-focused Meet & Greet Executive to be the first point of contact for customers visiting our jewellery showroom. The candidate will be responsible for warmly welcoming customers, understanding their initial requirements, and ensuring a pleasant showroom experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Warmly welcome and greet customers entering the showroom.
- Create a positive and professional first impression.
- Offer assistance and understand customers' initial requirements.
- Direct customers to the appropriate Sales Executive or department.
- Manage customer waiting areas and ensure customers are attended to promptly.
- Assist in coordinating customer appointments and showroom visits.
- Provide basic information about showroom services, offers, and facilities.




- Maintain a professional and welcoming ambience at the reception/front area.
- Handle customer queries courteously and escalate issues when required.
- Support the sales team in maintaining a smooth customer flow.
- Maintain a high standard of grooming, etiquette, and skilled conduct.

Candidate Profile

- Qualification: Graduate / Intermediate
- Experience: Freshers can apply.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Pleasant personality with a customer-friendly attitude.
- Good Hindi/Odia/English communication skills.
- Well-groomed and presentable.
- Positive attitude and willingness to work in a retail showroom environment.
- Prior experience in jewellery, luxury retail, hospitality, or customer service will be an advantage.
