ABOUT THE ROLE
Procon India Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced Planning & Project Control Engineer with strong exposure to Oil & Gas / Refinery / Petrochemical / EPC projects to support project planning, scheduling and progress control at the IOCL Bongaigaon Refinery Project.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Develop and maintain project schedules using Primavera P6 / MS Project
Monitor planned vs. actual project progress
Prepare weekly & monthly progress reports, S-Curves and MIS
Track Engineering, Procurement, Construction & Commissioning activities
Monitor critical path, milestones and project deliverables
Prepare look-ahead schedules and recovery plans
Coordinate with Engineering, Procurement, Construction and Client teams




Identify schedule delays and recommend corrective actions
Support delay analysis, EOT/claims documentation and project controls
Conduct progress review meetings and maintain action trackers.

ELIGIBILITY & REQUIREMENTS
Qualification: BE/B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering
Experience: 5–10 years of relevant Planning / Project Control experience
Solid knowledge of Primavera P6 & MS Excel
Experience in Oil & Gas / Refinery / Petrochemical / EPC projects preferred
Strong understanding of planning, scheduling, progress monitoring & reporting
