Roles and Responsibilities

- Generate leads through field sales activities, including visiting potential customers and prospecting for new business opportunities.

- Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients to identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities and increase revenue growth.

- Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends, competitor analysis, and customer needs.

- Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., technical support) to resolve client issues and provide excellent after-sales service.

Desired Candidate Profile

- 0-1 year of experience in B2B sales or related field (preferably in software sales).

- Solid understanding of Tally software products and their applications in various industries.

- Excellent communication skills with ability to build rapport with clients at all levels.

- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while meeting tight deadlines.
