- Manage after-sales service operations to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Develop and implement effective strategies to improve CSI (Customer Satisfaction Index) scores.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex technical issues related to medical equipment maintenance and repair.
- Analyze data to identify trends, opportunities for improvement, and areas of excellence in after-sales service.
Job Requirements :
- 4-11 years of experience in after-sales service or a related field.
- Robust understanding of medical devices/equipment industry regulations and standards.
- Proven track record of improving CSI scores through process improvements and team leadership.
