Job Description

Responsible for developing and maintaining MDM solutions to enable real-time, unified Customer 360 data across enterprise systems.

Roles Responsibilities

- Develop and configure MDM components including match/merge, survivorship, workflows, and data models.
- Integrate with upstream/downstream systems (ERP, CRM, APIs).
- Implement data quality rules and cleansing logic.
- Support data migration and onboarding from legacy systems.
- Lead client workshops and solution discussions.
- Manage and mentor junior developers for delivery execution.

Technical Requirement
- 5+ years of hands-on experience with Stibo MDM
- Experience across On-Prem and/or IDMC SaaS.
- Experience in implementing any of the MDM Domains (Customer, Product, Supplier, Finance etc )
- Should have worked in a MDM development project across all phases of implementation.
- Experience in Customer 360 or multi-domain implementations.
