• PL/SQL Proficiency
• UNIX Shell Scripting
• Java Development
• Struts & Spring Framework

• Dynatrace Monitoring & Troubleshooting
• Positive understanding of Application Support & Incident Management
• Technical Documentation
Responsibilities:
• Understand business requirements and system design
• Provide L1/L2 production support
• Troubleshoot application and database issues
• Develop and maintain solutions using Java, Struts, and Spring Framework
• Monitor applications using Dynatrace
• Work with PL/SQL and UNIX Shell Scripts for support and automation
• Prepare technical documentation
• Mentor junior team members and provide technical guidance
