Key Responsibilities:
Lead, mentor, and develop the QA team while promoting Quality Engineering best practices.

Define test strategies, quality standards, and release readiness criteria.

Drive automation for functional, integration, regression, and API testing.

Build and maintain automation frameworks and regression test suites.

Validate end-to-end Source-to-Pay business processes and enterprise integrations.

Collaborate with Product Managers, Developers, Business Analysts, Architects, DevOps, and Customer Success teams throughout the product lifecycle.

Identify quality risks, perform root cause analysis, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Monitor quality metrics, automation coverage, defect leakage, and release readiness.

Support CI/CD pipelines and continuous testing practices.

Own product release quality and production validation.

Experience:

6–10 years of experience in Software Testing and Quality Engineering.

Minimum 3 years of experience leading QA teams.

Strong experience in Manual and Automation Testing. Experience testing enterprise web applications and REST APIs.

Experience working in Agile/Scrum product development. Experience in Source-to-Pay (S2P), Procure-to-Pay (P2P), Procurement, Supplier Management, AP Automation, or ERP Procurement products is highly desirable.



Candidates with experience in SAP, Oracle or similar ERP platforms will be preferred.

Required Skills & Experience:

Strong experience in Functional, Integration, Regression, API, End-to-End, and User Acceptance Testing. Hands-on expertise with Selenium, Appium, and Robot Framework.

Experience in API automation using Postman, REST Assured, or similar tools.

Good programming skills in Java or Python.

Experience with Azure DevOps, Git, Jenkins, and CI/CD practices.

Experience with Jira, Azure DevOps Test Plans, or similar test management tools. Strong troubleshooting and root cause analysis skills.

Preferred Skills:

Good understanding of Source-to-Pay (S2P) business processes Experience testing ERP integrations with SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar enterprise platforms.

Experience with Performance Testing, Security Testing, and Cloud platforms (Azure/AWS).

ISTQB certification is an advantage. Soft Skills: Robust leadership and mentoring abilities.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Analytical thinking and problem-solving mindset. Strong planning, prioritization, and organizational skills.

Ability to work effectively with cross-functional and distributed teams
