Role & responsibilities

- Supervise and coordinate daily construction/site activities.
- Allocate work to workers, technicians, and subcontractors.
- Monitor progress and ensure work is completed as per the project schedule.
- Read and understand drawings, specifications, and work instructions.
- Coordinate with engineers, contractors, suppliers, and project management.
- Inspect workmanship and ensure required quality standards are maintained.
- Ensure materials, tools, and equipment are available at the site.
- Monitor material usage and minimize wastage.
- Ensure compliance with safety rules, PPE requirements, and site procedures.
- Identify and report site issues, delays, defects, and technical problems.
- Maintain daily site reports, attendance records, material records, and progress updates.
- Conduct toolbox talks and communicate safety requirements to workers.




- Coordinate inspections and rectify defects or incomplete work.
- Support project engineers and management in achieving project targets.
- Perform other site-related duties assigned by the management.

Preferred candidate profile

- Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction, or a related field preferred.
- Relevant experience in site supervision or construction work.
- Positive knowledge of construction methods, materials, and site practices.
- Ability to read drawings and understand specifications.
- Good leadership, communication, and coordination skills.
- Ability to manage workers and subcontractors effectively.
- Knowledge of workplace health and safety requirements.
- Basic computer and reporting skills.
