Roles and Responsibilities :

- Lead a team of claims adjudicators to ensure timely and accurate processing of life insurance claims.
- Oversee the entire claims process from intake to payment, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Develop and implement efficient processes to enhance productivity, accuracy, and customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve complex claim issues and maintain customer relationships.
- Analyze complex medical records and financial data to make informed decisions.
- Implement best practices to improve claims processing and adjudication services.

Job Requirements :

- Minimum 5 years of experience in claims adjudication or a related field within the life insurance industry.
- Strong knowledge of life insurance products, regulations, and industry standards.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage teams effectively.
- Excellent analytical skills for reviewing complex medical records and financial data.
- Experience in Facet Claims, Claims Processing, Adjudication, and Claims adjudication is preferred.
- Solid communication and interpersonal skills are required.
