What You Will Do:

- Contribute to defining, developing, and continuously evolving cloud architecture, including design, deployment, security, and operations.

- Implement Infrastructure as Code automation using technologies such as Terraform, Ansible, and CloudFormation to support production application deployments.

- Partner with Cybersecurity teams to design and implement secure cloud architectures that meet industry compliance requirements.

- Define, promote, and apply cloud optimization best practices to improve reliability, scalability, performance, and operational efficiency.

- Lead impact assessments and support decision-making related to technology choices, architectural design, and implementation strategy.

- Participate in an on-call rotation, working collaboratively with development and operations teams to support production systems.

What You Bring to PTC:

- Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience supporting cloud-based production environments.

- Design, develop, and deploy AI agents and agentic workflows that automate cloud operations, DevOps, and infrastructure management tasks.

- Contribute to defining, developing, and continuously evolving cloud architecture,



including design, deployment, security, and operations, with AI-driven automation as a core design principle.

- Working knowledge of building or applying AI agents to improve DevOps, CloudOps, automation, or operational efficiency.

- Strong experience designing, building, and operating systems in AWS cloud environments.

- 2+ years of hands-on experience developing cloud automation using Terraform and Ansible.

- 2+ years of production experience with container technologies such as Docker, Kubernetes, and AWS ECS.

- Strong experience working with Unix/Linux operating systems and shell scripting.

- Solid understanding of TCP/IP, HTTP, networking fundamentals, and cloud connectivity concepts.

- Experience designing or supporting high-availability and fault-tolerant architectures.

- Experience with monitoring and observability tools such as Current Relic, AppDynamics, and Datadog.

- Well-developed analytical skills, with the ability to work independently and collaborate effectively across teams.

- A strong sense of ownership, urgency, accountability, and drive.

- AWS Certified Solutions Architect - Associate or Professional.

- AWS Certified DevOps Engineer - Professional.

- AWS Certified Developer - Associate.
