Job Summary

We are looking for a Manager - Business Excellence to support the development and scaling of the B2C business. The role will focus on business analysis, performance tracking, process improvement, MIS, and cross-functional coordination to drive operational efficiency and business growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Analyze business performance, sales data, revenue, and key operational metrics.
- Prepare and maintain MIS reports, dashboards, and business performance reports.
- Track B2C business targets, KPIs, and performance against plans.
- Identify gaps in business performance and recommend corrective actions.
- Support management in business planning, forecasting, and performance reviews.
- Conduct data analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
- Coordinate with Sales, Operations, Finance, and other teams to improve business processes.
- Assist in developing and implementing initiatives for B2C business growth and scalability.




- Monitor process efficiency and identify opportunities for automation and standardization.
- Prepare presentations and management reports for business review meetings.
- Support ad-hoc business analysis and strategic projects as required.

Required Skills

- Strong MS Excel and data analysis skills.
- Positive understanding of business performance metrics and MIS.
- Analytical and problem-solving ability.
- Strong communication and stakeholder coordination skills.
- Ability to work with large datasets and prepare management reports.
- Good business acumen with a process-improvement mindset.

Education

MBA / CA Inter preferred.

Experience

1+ year of experience in Business Excellence, Business Analysis, MIS, Strategy, Business Operations, Consulting, or a related function.
