Job Description

Build and enhance enterprise customer communication solutions using OpenText Exstream. In this role, you'll design and develop personalized, high-volume customer communications across print, email, and digital channels while ensuring scalability, compliance, and operational efficiency. You'll work closely with business stakeholders, architects, and cross-functional teams to build and optimize document generation workflows, integrate enterprise systems, and improve customer engagement. Roles Responsibilities

- OpenText Exstream Development: Design, develop, and maintain customer communication solutions using OpenText Exstream.
- Create and enhance templates, business rules, and document workflows for print and digital channels.
- Develop personalized, high-volume customer communications aligned with business and compliance requirements.
- Document Composition Integration: Configure document templates, data mapping, conditional logic, and multi-channel output delivery.
- Integrate Exstream with enterprise applications, databases, and communication platforms.




- Support document generation, content management, and communication workflows.
- Testing Support: Perform testing, troubleshoot production issues, and implement performance improvements.
- Support deployments, releases, and production migrations.
- Conduct root-cause analysis and ensure reliable document generation processes.
- Collaboration Quality: Participate in technical reviews, Agile ceremonies, and solution design discussions.
- Maintain technical documentation and follow development best practices.
- Collaborate with business, QA, and cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality communication solutions.

Technical Requirement
- Education: BE, ME, BTECH, MTECH, MCA, MSC, MBA.
- 3-5 years of experience in software development and cloud delivery with strong hands-on exposure to GCP.
- Solid working experience with Kafka for event streaming and messaging patterns.
- Proven experience building and maintaining Jenkins CI/CD pipelines for automated build and deployment workflows.
- Strong troubleshooting skills, understanding of SDLC, and ability to work effectively in a collaborative team setting.
