Role- Cluster Head Sales & Distribution

Key Responsibilities

- Drive sales and business growth across all channels in the assigned cluster.

- Manage relationships with IFAs, MFDs, National Distributors, State Bank Channel and Other Banks.

- Manage and motivate the sales team to achieve targets, mobilization and market share.

- Build relationships with investors, customers and key distributor accounts, including potential HNI/UHNI investors.

- Drive sales of new products, equity and debt schemes.

- Conduct Investor Awareness Programs, investor meets and BTL activities for lead generation.

- Monitor market conditions, competition and identify new business opportunities.





- Ensure robust branch-level connectivity, customer service and operational compliance.

- Manage branch P&L; and overall branch operations.

- Track sales performance and implement business strategies to achieve growth.

Skills & Experience

- Graduate / MBA with 8-10 years of industry experience.

- Strong knowledge of Equity, Debt and Financial Markets.

- Good leadership, communication, presentation and relationship-management skills.

- Strong understanding of products, competition, regulations and taxation.

- MFD certification preferred/required.
