Roles and Responsibilities
- Conduct property assessments to determine loan eligibility.
- Perform structure audits to identify potential risks and opportunities for improvement.
- Evaluate real estate valuations to ensure accurate pricing of properties.
- Identify and mitigate credit risk through thorough analysis of financial statements, cash flows, and other relevant data.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 0-4 years of experience in collaterals management or related field (real estate industry preferred).
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (B.Tech / B.E.) or equivalent qualification.
- Robust understanding of structural engineering principles, property assessment techniques, and real estate valuation methods.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications (Excel) for data analysis and reporting purposes.
