Prior experience managing Professional Services and Finance-related SAP transformations with distributed global teams will be a strong advantage. The role requires close collaboration with business SMEs, functional leads, integration teams, data migration teams, and executive stakeholders across multiple rollout waves.

Project Planning & Execution
- Create and manage detailed project plans.
- Monitor milestones and deliverables.
- Drive weekly progress reviews.
- Manage critical-path activities.
- Ensure adherence to rollout timelines.
Stakeholder Management
- Serve as primary customer-facing project lead.
- Manage business SMEs and process owners.
- Coordinate with McLarens leadership and partner teams.




- Facilitate governance meetings and steering reviews.
- Manage escalations and decision tracking.
Governance & Reporting
- Maintain project RAID log.
- Publish weekly status reports.
- Monitor project KPIs.
- Conduct project health checks.
- Ensure SAP Activate quality gate compliance.
Resource Management
- Manage onsite and offshore teams.
- Track consultant utilization.
- Coordinate project staffing.
- Resolve resource risks and conflicts.
Testing & Cutover Management
- Govern SIT and UAT execution.
- Manage defect resolution process.
- Coordinate cutover planning.
- Lead go-live readiness reviews.
- Support hypercare governance.
Risk Management
- Identify project risks proactively.
- Drive mitigation plans.
- Manage dependency tracking.
- Escalate critical issues to leadership. "
