Role Overview
We are looking for a Senior Marketing Cloud Developer with strong hands-on technical expertise in Salesforce Marketing Cloud Next to design, develop, integrate, and support scalable customer engagement solutions.

Key Responsibilities
Design and develop solutions using Salesforce Marketing Cloud Next, including journeys, segmentation, personalization, and automation.
Develop integrations between Marketing Cloud, Salesforce CRM, and external systems using APIs and integration frameworks.
Configure and develop WhatsApp, Email, SMS, and RCS (Rich Communication Services) chat/messaging integrations and customer engagement journeys.
Work with REST/SOAP APIs, webhooks, data extensions/data models, and event-based integrations.
Troubleshoot integration, data, automation, and campaign execution issues.
Collaborate with Salesforce architects, functional teams, and business stakeholders.
Follow Salesforce development, security, deployment, and coding best practices.




Required Skills
Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud Next.
Strong Salesforce development and integration skills.
Valuable knowledge of APIs, REST/SOAP, JSON, OAuth, webhooks, and middleware/integration patterns.
Experience with RCS messaging/chat integration, preferably RCS Business Messaging.
Experience with WhatsApp, Email, and SMS integration with Marketing Cloud.
Knowledge of Salesforce Data Cloud/customer data and personalization is an advantage.
Strong debugging, problem-solving, and technical documentation skills.
Good to Have
Salesforce certifications in Marketing Cloud, Platform Developer, or related areas.
Experience with MuleSoft or other enterprise integration platforms.
Experience implementing omnichannel customer engagement solutions.
