Role Objective

ConglomerateIT is looking for a Sourcing Specialist (Analyst) with strong expertise in technical talent discovery to support both the India IT Division and the US IT Staffing Division .

This role focuses on market intelligence, passive candidate identification, and talent pipeline creation for highly specialized technology roles. The Sourcing Specialist will work closely with Technical Recruiters and Delivery teams to identify high-quality technical professionals using advanced sourcing techniques across professional networks, developer communities, and technical platforms.

The ideal candidate must demonstrate deep expertise in Boolean search, X-Ray sourcing, and technology talent mapping , enabling recruiters to access qualified candidates faster and more efficiently.

Key Hands-On Responsibilities

- Identify and source qualified technical professionals using advanced Boolean and X-Ray search techniques .

- Build targeted candidate pipelines for specialized technology roles across multiple domains.

- Conduct market research to identify talent clusters, competitor hiring patterns, and skill availability.

- Source both active and passive candidates from multiple platforms and technical communities.

- Provide high-quality candidate leads and talent maps to Technical Recruiters for further engagement.

- Maintain structured candidate pipelines and update sourcing activities within the ATS.

- Develop reusable search strategies for niche technology skills.

- Partner with recruitment teams to understand role requirements and sourcing priorities .

- Continuously refine search methodologies to improve candidate discovery efficiency.

India IT Division - Sourcing Expertise





The Sourcing Specialist supporting the India IT Division must demonstrate strong understanding of the Indian technology talent ecosystem and sourcing channels .

- Prior experience supporting IT staffing or technology recruitment teams preferred

- Solid written and verbal communication skills

- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel

- Demonstrated ability to identify and map talent across multiple technology domains

- Exposure to AI tools is an added advantage
