Condivio is hiring a Client Relationship Manager to convert enquiries into qualified leads, coordinate site visits with the field sales team, and maintain consistent customer follow-ups. The role involves engaging customers through calls, WhatsApp, and video meetings to understand their property needs and guide them through the pre-sales journey.

Key Responsibilities

- Understand customer requirements, including preferred location, property type, budget, purchase timeline, and financing needs.
- Assess buying readiness, share verified property options, and nurture prospects through timely follow-ups.
- Coordinate qualified lead handovers to Sales Managers with explicit details on customer needs, concerns, and next steps.
- Schedule and reconfirm site visits, reschedule missed appointments, and collect customer feedback within 24 hours after visits.
- Work closely with the field sales team to address queries, maintain consistent communication,



and support booking conversions.
- Maintain accurate CRM records of calls, requirements, appointments, feedback, and follow-up actions.
- Escalate customer concerns promptly and communicate only verified information and approved terms.

Candidate Requirements

- Minimum 3 years of experience in inside sales, telesales, or customer advisory roles, with ownership of a lead pipeline.
- Strong spoken and written communication skills in English and the local language.
- Excellent listening, lead qualification, customer relationship, and follow-up skills.
- Ability to manage a high volume of daily calls and multiple customer enquiries.
- Comfortable working with field sales teams and rotational weekend shifts.
- Real estate and CRM experience preferred, but not mandatory.
- Graduation preferred; candidates with strong relevant skills and experience will also be considered.
