Job Summary

We are looking for a Telecaller who is confident in speaking with customers, has positive English communication skills, and can communicate effectively in local languages. The candidate will be responsible for handling customer calls, generating and following up on leads, understanding customer requirements, and coordinating with the sales team.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
- Handle incoming customer calls and provide relevant information.
- Understand customer requirements and identify potential business opportunities.
- Generate leads through outbound calling and follow up with prospective customers.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with leads and ensure timely communication.
- Coordinate with the sales team for lead conversion and appointments.
- Maintain accurate records of calls,



leads, follow-ups, and customer interactions.
- Handle customer queries professionally and provide appropriate information.
- Achieve daily/weekly calling and lead-generation targets.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with customers.

Candidate Requirements

- 5 months to 1 year of experience in Telecalling, Telesales, Customer Support, Inside Sales, or a similar role.
- Excellent English communication and speaking skills.
- Ability to communicate fluently in local languages.
- Good interpersonal and customer-handling skills.
- Confident and comfortable making outbound calls.
- Strong follow-up and convincing skills.
- Target-oriented with a positive attitude.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office/Excel will be an added advantage.
- Candidates from Telecalling, Telesales, BPO, Customer Support, Inside Sales, or Real Estate/Interior industries are preferred.
