Role Purpose

- The State Head will be responsible for driving business growth, profitability, market expansion and portfolio quality for Affordable Housing Loans and LAP across the assigned state. The role will involve leading the sales team, developing distribution channels, strengthening DSA/connector/developer relationships and ensuring achievement of business and disbursement targets. These responsibilities align with current State Head roles in affordable housing finance, which emphasize sales strategy, distribution, team leadership, compliance and portfolio quality.

Candidate Profile

- Qualification: Graduate; MBA/PGDM preferred.
- Experience: 10-20 years of relevant experience in Housing Finance/NBFC/Banking, with significant experience in Home Loans and Affordable Housing.
- Strong experience in HL/LAP sales and team handling.
- Existing network of DSAs, connectors,



builders/developers and local market influencers.
- Strong understanding of affordable housing customer segments, mortgage products, legal/technical aspects and credit processes.
- Proven track record of achieving business targets and managing geographically dispersed teams.
- Solid leadership, negotiation, communication and analytical skills.
- Willingness to travel extensively across the assigned state.

Preferred Background

Candidates from Affordable Housing Finance Companies, HFCs, NBFCs and Banks with experience in Affordable HL, LAP, Micro-LAP and secured lending would be preferred. Current market roles similarly emphasize secured lending experience, channel networks, team leadership and portfolio management.
