- An asset management company across mutual funds, PMS, AIFs and wealth management is hiring an Equity Research Analyst for its investments team, reporting to the CIO
- Equity / Fund Manager
- Equity.Coverage: assigned sectors including Infrastructure, Capital Goods, Telecom, Energy and Materials. This is a sector-assigned role, not sector agnostic.

Key responsibilities:

- Conduct fundamental research on assigned sectors: business models, management quality, industry positioning, growth drivers, value chain and competitive landscape
- Build and maintain detailed financial models, project performance and evaluate intrinsic value
- Prepare research notes, investment recommendations and sector updates for the investment team
- Track earnings, management commentary, industry data and regulatory developments
- Support portfolio construction and stock selection decisions

Technical skills:

- Financial modelling, earnings forecasting, valuation (DCF and relative); familiarity with mutual fund and research regulatory frameworks; Bloomberg, Reuters, Capitaline, ACE Equity; Excel, PowerPoint and data visualisation tools.
