Key Responsibilities

- Ensure achievement of assigned revenue targets (IPG and other crosssell products) for the mapped NRI customer portfolio
- Deliver premium customer service to NRI clients
- Drive CASA deepening, NTB lead generation, and provide assistance for NDIAS services
- Upselling and crossselling while sharing regular market information and product updates with customers




- Manage the NRI portfolio through proactive client outreach and continuous relationship monitoring
- Generate fee income across Investment, Assets, Cards, and Liability products
- Effectively use all systems, applications, and tools to provide endtoend client support
- Strictly adhere to internal control policies and comply with all regulatory and legal guidelines

Major Competencies Required

- Strong communication skills in English and the local language
- Excellent lead generation and conversion skills
- Ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines
- Strong team player with a cooperative approach
- High sales orientation with a proven ability to meet targets
- Willingness to work in Relationship Management and Banking Operations
- Prior sales experience preferred
- Knowledge of Mutual Funds, Life Insurance, General Insurance, PMS, and Structured Products
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, resilience, and high motivation
