Role & responsibilities
- Lead the planning, execution, and tracking of all software development activities within the project.
- Collaborate with program managers to define project scope, timelines, and deliverables.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation plans to ensure timely delivery.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams including hardware, firmware, testing, and customer stakeholders.
- Ensure adherence to software development processes, quality standards, and documentation practices.
- Facilitate regular status reviews, prepare progress reports, and communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
- Support the team in resolving technical challenges and removing roadblocks.
