Job Summary

Build and scale up-to-date cloud-native solutions that keep data moving reliably and securely. In this role, you'll work hands-on with OpenText Exstream to design and deliver robust pipelines and services, leveraging Kafka for high-throughput streaming and Jenkins to automate build, test, and release workflows. You'll collaborate closely with engineers, platform teams, and stakeholders to turn ideas into production-ready capabilities-improving performance, resilience, and developer experience along the way. Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and maintain customer communication solutions using OpenText Exstream.
- Create and enhance templates, business rules, and document workflows for print and digital channels.
- Develop personalized, high-volume customer communications aligned with business requirements.
- Design document templates, forms, and correspondence packages using Exstream tools.
- Configure data mapping, conditional logic, and multi-channel output delivery.
- Integrate Exstream with enterprise applications, databases, and workflow systems.
- Perform testing,



troubleshoot production issues, and implement performance improvements.
- Support deployments, release activities, and production migrations.
- Conduct root-cause analysis and ensure reliable document generation processes.
- Participate in technical reviews, Agile ceremonies, and solution design discussions.
- Maintain technical documentation and adhere to development standards and best practices.
- Collaborate with business, QA, and technical teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
- Support AI-driven document automation, communication optimization, and platform integrations where relevant.

Minimum Qualifications
- Education: BE, ME, BTECH, MTECH, MCA, MSC, MBA.
- 3-5 years of experience in software development and cloud delivery with strong hands-on exposure to GCP.
- Solid working experience with Kafka for event streaming and messaging patterns.
- Proven experience building and maintaining Jenkins CI/CD pipelines for automated build and deployment workflows.
- Strong troubleshooting skills, understanding of SDLC, and ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
