The Career Artist is hiring Freelance Recruiters / Recruitment Executives to support our growing bulk hiring and talent acquisition requirements.

This is a Permanent Work From Home, incentive-based recruitment opportunity with flexible working hours. Recruiters will receive candidate data and recruitment training and will earn commission based on successful vacancy closures.

Key Responsibilities

- Source and identify suitable candidates for multiple job openings.
- Contact candidates and explain job opportunities.
- Screen candidates based on job requirements.
- Coordinate candidate interviews with the recruitment team.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Maintain regular communication with candidates.
- Work towards successful candidate joining and vacancy closure.
- Achieve recruitment targets and earn incentives based on performance.
- Support bulk recruitment / volume hiring requirements.

Working Hours

- Work From Home
- No fixed shift
- Flexible working hours
- Minimum 5 hours per day
- Work anytime between 10:00 AM and 7:00 PM
- Saturday & Sunday off

Compensation

Commission / Incentive Based

- No fixed salary or stipend.
- Commission is paid based on the number of successful vacancy closures.
- More successful closures = higher earning potential.
