Position : Laptop Service Engineer / Laptop Repair Engineer

Location : Andheri Mumbai

Experience : Relevant laptop hardware repair/service experience

Budget : Depends on the interview

Notice Period : Immediate to maximum 1 month

Role Overview:

This role will be responsible for diagnosing, troubleshooting and repairing laptop hardware issues. The candidate will handle laptop servicing, hardware diagnostics, component replacement and technical support. Experience working on brands such as HP, Dell, Acer or Lenovo is highly relevant, whether through direct payroll or an authorized/third-party service partner.

Key Skills Required:

Solid hands-on experience in Laptop Hardware Repair & Troubleshooting

Experience working on HP / Dell / Acer / Lenovo laptops

Laptop hardware diagnostics and fault identification





Hands-on experience with motherboard, RAM, SSD/HDD, battery, display, keyboard, etc.

Laptop dismantling, component replacement & assembly

Hardware service / repair centre experience

Good knowledge of BIOS, OS & driver-related troubleshooting

Good customer handling & communication skills

Experience with service tickets / TAT / warranty support will be an added advantage
