The Senior Executive PMO supports the PMO by setting up structure and governance and by providing reliable data and insight. The role collects, analyses and reports on portfolio data so leadership can make decisions and spot issues early.

Role & responsibilities

Governance and Review Cadence & Actions Tracking

- Coordinate governance meetings, record decisions, and action items, and track them to closure.
- Write crisp minutes of meetings and publish them within deadlines.
- Keep owner, priorities, status, and due dates current for every open action.
- Analyze trends across initiatives and recommend corrective actions. A robust analyst goes beyond compiling data and points out what leadership should do.
- Keep risk, issue and dependency logs current and follow up until each item is resolved.
- Prepare for and run follow-ups with stakeholders on open actions and flag slippages to the Head PMO.

Dashboards and Executive Reporting

- Prepare status reports, dashboards, and leadership review material, and give stakeholders regular updates.
- Build executive-ready decks, one-page summaries and briefing notes for the executive leadership.
- Analyze closure rates, ageing, recurring blockers,



and patterns of problems across BUs and functions.

Strategic Initiatives and Events

- Support cross-functional programs.
- Coordinate setting up leadership get together events.

Process and Automation

- Identify process gaps, propose and implement best practices

Automate workflows, work methods using AI where possible

Preferred candidate profile

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Science, Commerce, or a related field. An MBA is preferred.
- 3+ years in PMO, project or program coordination, or business operations roles.
- Good working knowledge of project lifecycles, governance frameworks, risk and issue management, and reporting cycles.
- Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills.
- Hands-on experience with Power BI, SharePoint Lists, Power Automate, and AI tools and agents.
- Understanding of delivery metrics such as revenue, contribution margin, utilization, the order-to-revenue (O2R) cycle and workforce management.
- Exposure to Power BI or Tableau, and to project or portfolio management tools.
- PMP, PRINCE2 or CAPM certification.
