Role & responsibilities

• Project Delivery:o Plan, execute, and manage network automation projects from initiation to closure.o Ensure delivery within scope, time, and cost constraints.o Track and report project progress, milestones, risks, and financials to stakeholders.• Compliance Management:o Drive projects that meet regulatory, security, and audit requirements.o Maintain documentation and ensure adherence to compliance standards.• Greenfield Development & Adoption:o Coordinate the development of current network abstraction capabilities.o Drive adoption of new network automation capabilities across teams and stakeholders.o Collaborate with engineering and architecture teams to implement automation frameworks.• Finance & Resource Management:o Manage project budgets, forecasts, and financial reporting.o Allocate and optimize resources to ensure successful delivery.• Stakeholder Engagement:o Communicate effectively with internal teams, vendors, and senior stakeholders.o Provide regular updates on progress, risks,



and mitigation strategies.• Risk & Issue Management:o Identify potential risks early and implement mitigation plans.o Ensure timely resolution of project issues.Required Skills & Experience:• Proven experience as a Project Manager in telecom or network automation projects.• Strong understanding of network automation and OSS/BSS systems.• Experience managing compliance-focused projects (e.g., regulatory, security).• Exposure to greenfield development for network abstraction and automation platforms.• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.• Strong experience with project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall).• Third-party vendor management experience.

Preferred Qualifications:• Knowledge of API-driven automation and cloud-native networking.• Certifications such as PMP, Prince2, or Agile.
