Job Summary

We are hiring experienced professionals for our US Banking Voice Customer Service Process at iEnergizer, Noida.

The role involves handling inbound customer calls from US customers and providing professional assistance related to banking services, account queries, transactions, and other customer service requirements.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle inbound calls from US customers professionally and efficiently
• Assist customers with banking and account related queries
• Provide accurate information and appropriate solutions
• Understand customer concerns and resolve issues within defined guidelines
• Maintain excellent communication and customer service standards
• Follow process policies, quality standards, and compliance requirements
• Maintain accurate information while handling customer interactions
• Achieve defined productivity and quality targets
• Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team when required

Candidate Requirements





- Candidates must have international voice process experience
• Experience in US Voice or US Customer Service will be preferred
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
• Strong customer handling and problem solving skills
• Comfortable working in US rotational shifts and night shifts
• Candidates should be comfortable working from the Noida Sector 60 office
• Self commute is mandatory as there is no cab facility
• Immediate joiners will be preferred
• Candidates with domestic voice experience or freshers are not eligible for this opening
