- Supervise and coordinate daily feeding operations to ensure smooth and effective production activities.
- Monitor the feeding of raw materials, ingredients, or materials into production equipment as per defined processes.
- Ensure correct quantity, quality, and sequence of materials are maintained during feeding operations.
- Allocate work to operators and helpers and monitor their performance throughout the shift.
- Check availability of required materials and coordinate with stores and production teams to avoid interruptions.
