Job Purpose:

- Carrying out all monitoring and control activities for portfolio.

- Regulatory and internal reporting and submissions for the portfolio

- Identify and report any irregularities / warning signals to the stakeholders and escalate to appropriate authorities for resolution.

Support the Unit Head to continuously improve the existing processes and systems to achieve better controls, scalability and synergy.

Key Areas:

- In collaboration with Credit Admin HO, limits are to be monitored in line with credit approvals / documentation unit s release instructions and bank policies & procedures.

- Recording/checking/updating covenants in line with the credit approvals.

- Issuance of NOC/No dues certificates /tracker for obtaining revival letters/acknowledgement of debts etc

- Tracker for receiving Stock statements/drawing power computation (for OD, CC, WCDL limits)/publishing to stakeholders

- Exposure monitoring - daily basis and escalations, wherever necessary.





- Support to business in security creation / documentation / collateral / valuation / stock audits/certifications etc wherever applicable.

- Ensure standard operating procedures and checklists related to credit admin function are reviewed regularly and maintained up to date.

- Development of new and improvement of existing MIS to the relationship and credit management on vital information pertaining to the activities/projects/portfolio.

- Report any irregularities to the stakeholders and escalate to appropriate authorities for resolution.

- Ensure adequate controls are in place to mitigate the risks in the existing processes or risk acceptance is obtained.

- Ensure no operational losses for the division.

- Ensure all applicable risks are identified in the unit s RCSA and are maintained up to date.

- Attain a satisfactory Audit Rating for the unit (Internal and RBI).

- Execute assigned projects for process and system improvements.

- Carryout periodic control testing on selected samples based on the defined control testing methodology.

- Carryout special assignments, assigned from time to time and ensure timely delivery of same in an acceptable quality.

- Interface - Business, Operations, Risk & Credit Admin functions at HO.





- Checking & registration at CERSAI (Central Registry of Securitization Asset Reconstruction and Security Interest of India).

- Registration of Charges with ROC (Registrar of Companies).

- Sub Registrar (Revenue Office) - Registration in revenue records in Sub registrar office in case of Registered/English mortgages.

- Sharing of information with other Banks for all borrower accounts, which have banking arrangements under multiple or consortium banking.

- To act as the central control point for regulatory reporting through management of the regulatory tracker and weekly reporting to senior management, ensuring visibility, accountability and timely submissions without misses.

- Central Repository of Information on Large Credits (CRILC) reporting.

- Monthly EWS (Early Warning Signals) testing & publishing to stakeholders.

- Regulatory reporting relating to Credit/Risk.

- To coordinate with internal, external and statutory auditors, tracking observations and ensuring timely closure of audit requirements.

All other activities as may be assigned by CRO/CEO India in line with business need.

Knowledge, Skills and Experience:

- Bachelor s Degree in Banking & Finance, Business Administration or equivalent.

- A minimum of 10+ years of experience in Credit Control & Monitoring / Credit Administration activities.

- Ability to prioritize and multi-task, with the flexibility to adapt quickly to change.

- Excellent communication (both written & verbal) and interpersonal skills.

- Technology oriented.
