What You’ll Do

As a Chat Customer Service Representative, you’ll help customers by resolving their queries through chat, text, email, social media, direct messaging and other digital channels.





You’ll use your communication skills, empathy and problem-solving abilities to turn everyday customer interactions into exceptional experiences.

What We’re Looking For:

- Freshers are welcome to apply
- 1+ year of customer service experience is an advantage
- Excellent written communication skills, including grammar and spelling
- Minimum High School Diploma / 12th pass
- Comfortable using computers and digital platforms
- Willingness to work in a 24/7 rotational shift environment
