About the Role

We are looking for a Field Relationship Manager (FRM) to interact with customers, understand their requirements, build strong relationships, and drive sales.

The candidate will be responsible for meeting customers, explaining products/services, following up with leads, and converting opportunities into successful sales. This is a target-based field role that requires regular customer visits and travel within the assigned area.

Key Responsibilities

- Contact and interact with customers through company-provided leads.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products/services.
- Meet customers at their location and explain the offerings.
- Follow up with potential customers and maintain regular communication.
- Handle customer queries and resolve basic concerns.
- Negotiate with customers and close sales deals.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Generate new business opportunities through field visits and referrals.
- Achieve assigned sales and business targets.
- Maintain regular updates on customer interactions, follow-ups, and sales activities.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth customer service.




- Travel within the assigned area as required.

Requirements

- Minimum 3 months of field sales experience preferred.
- Freshers can also apply with good communication and convincing skills.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, negotiation, and customer-handling skills.
- Comfortable with field work and regular customer visits.
- Target-oriented and motivated to achieve sales goals.
- Own bike and valid driving license are mandatory.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned area.
- Hindi communication skills required.
- Age: Up to 35 years.

Work Schedule

- 6 days working per week
- 1 rotational week-off between Monday and Friday.
- Candidates should be comfortable with field work and customer visits.

Compensation & Benefits

- Fixed monthly salary: 17,000 to 26,200, based on experience.
- Performance-based incentives available in addition to fixed salary.
- Petrol allowance as per company policy.

Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate should be confident, energetic, customer-oriented, and comfortable with field sales. The candidate should have valuable convincing and negotiation skills, be comfortable travelling, and have a strong focus on achieving sales targets and closing deals.
