Job Summary

We are looking for an E-commerce Operations Executive with experience in product listing, order management, inventory handling, and e-commerce operations for the USA and Canada markets. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate product information, processing orders, managing inventory and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities

Create, update, and maintain product listings on e-commerce platforms.

Manage orders, including order processing, cancellations, returns, and updates.

Monitor and maintain accurate inventory levels and stock records.

Manage SKUs, product details, pricing, availability and other listing information.

Coordinate with internal teams and vendors for order fulfilment.

Identify and resolve inventory discrepancies and order-related issues.

Ensure timely and accurate processing of customer orders.

Maintain and update records in relevant e-commerce/order management systems.

Prepare daily/weekly reports related to orders,



inventory and product listings.

Follow standard operating procedures and maintain high levels of accuracy.

Communicate with USA & Canada-based teams regarding orders, inventory and operational requirements.

Required Skills

Hands-on experience in E-commerce Operations, Order Management, or Inventory Management.

Valuable knowledge of product listing and SKU management.

Experience handling orders, cancellations, returns and inventory updates.

Good working knowledge of MS Excel.

Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Excellent English written and verbal communication skills.

Ability to work independently during USA & Canada night-shift hours.

Experience supporting USA/Canada e-commerce operations will be an advantage.

Preferred Candidate Background

Candidates with experience in E-commerce Operations, Order Management, Inventory Management, Marketplace Operations, Retail Operations or Back-office Operations will be preferred.
