Role Summary
The Warehouse Executive/Officer will be responsible for executing warehouse operations, including raw material and packing material dispensing activities, inventory management, warehouse QMS activities, and SAP-based warehouse transactions. The role requires strong knowledge of GMP-compliant warehouse practices and experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing environments.
Key Responsibilities Warehouse Operations
- Execute Raw Material (RM) and Packing Material (PM) dispensing activities as per approved procedures.
- Ensure proper receipt, storage, issuance, and reconciliation of materials.
- Coordinate material movements in compliance with GMP and safety requirements.
- Support inventory management activities, cycle counts, and stock verification.
Warehouse QMS Activities
- Handle warehouse-related deviations, CAPA, change controls, and investigations.
- Maintain GMP documentation and records as per regulatory requirements.
- Participate in self-inspections, internal audits, and regulatory audits.
- Ensure adherence to SOPs,
data integrity requirements, and quality standards.
SAP Operations
- Perform warehouse transactions using SAP MM, WM, and SD modules.
- Execute Goods Receipt (GR), Goods Issue (GI), Stock Transfer, and Inventory Adjustment transactions.
- Maintain inventory accuracy and support periodic reconciliation activities.
- Generate and maintain warehouse-related reports through SAP.
Educational Qualification
- B.Pharmacy / M.Pharmacy
- B.Sc / M.Sc
- Any relevant degree with pharmaceutical warehouse experience
Experience
- 2 to 6 Years of experience in Pharmaceutical Warehouse Operations.
Required Skills
- Experience in Raw & Packing Material Dispensing Activities.
- Good knowledge of Warehouse QMS Activities.
- Hands-on experience in SAP MM, WM & SD Modules.
- Understanding of GMP, GDP, and Regulatory Compliance.
- Robust documentation and record management skills.
- Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
